Directions
1. Slice the zucchini and squash into thin rounds.2. Mix with garlic, coriander, and black pepper. Place in a steamer basket over boiling water.
3. Cover and steam for 2 minutes, or until just tender. Remove from basket to a serving bowl.
4. Toss with oil and serve.
